At Iridescent NYC, we want you to love your new look; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand over your return package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
